Tasks1. Responsible for equipment investigation, selection and technical

run process for new product or modified prodcut or process;
新配方及改良配方/工艺变更，试生产过程的跟进6. Engage in planning of equipment renovation, follow up
and evaluate the process; 参与重要设备改造的方案制定、过程跟进与运行评估
Requirements (Education Degree, Language, Major, Knowledge,etc.)1. University
degree or above, major in automation engineering or manufacturing
related;理工科制造工程或自动化相关专业本科或以上2. Good English skill both writing and oral,
ability to communicate with foreign engineers;良好的英语书写和口头表达能力，能够与国外工程师沟通3. Over
3 years MNC related IE working experience in manufacturing site,Excellent
graduates also considered; 3年以上跨国公司制造工程的IE工作经验，优秀的2023应届毕业生也考虑4. Skilled in
KUKA\ABB robot type selection and application, also know well about Vision,
MES, and CNC system ; 熟悉KUKA或ABB机器人的选型及应用，同时对视觉、MES及数控系统有较深的理解5. Good ability
in communication, coordination and leadership. Strong in problem analysis;
具备良好的沟通协调能力，具有较强的问题分析和改善项目的推进能力6. Skilled in AutoCAD, solidworks/Pore, TIA
softeware ,and Siemens\ABB\ PLC comissioning;
熟悉使用制图软件及西门子博图的使用，及西门子、ABB、三菱PLC的编程调试7. Familiar with manufacturing process,
refine product site, lean production knowledge and skills;
熟悉制造业的运作流程、现场改善、精益生产的知识和技能
