Job Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
1. Assist HR specialists in contacting applicants and arranging interviews;
协助招聘专员联系应聘者,安排面试;
2. Assist in following up on employee relationship related matters such as employee entry, transfer, transfer, and departure;
协助跟进员工入、转、调、离等员工关系相关事宜;
3. Assist in organizing orientation training;
协助组织公司培训;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成上级交办的其他工作。
Job Requirements【任职要求】
1. College degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related fields;
大专及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业优先;
2. Welcome fresh graduates, with relevant internship experience is preferred;
欢迎应届毕业生,有相关岗位实习经历优先;
3. Good sense of responsibility, strong service awareness, timely feedback, and proactive communication;
责任心强,服务意识强,及时反馈,主动沟通;
4. Proficient in using office software, strong language and written expression skills;
熟练运用办公软件,语言和文字表达能力强;
5. CET-4 or above is preferred.
英语四级或以上优先考虑。
