职责描述:
1、负责跟进拉美各战略市场经销商渠道动态,制定新经销商新建店培训项目及资料包;
2、负责按照乘用车产品上市计划及订单情况,制定产品培训资料包的设计开发工作;
3、负责收集拉美区域当地市场相关信息,制作本土化营销卖点及服务话术类培训资料;
4、负责考察乘用车经销商店端运营实际情况,制定服务提升类培训项目及资料开发。
5、负责给对应区域市场的客户或者分公司员工提供线下和线上培训,前往当地开展到店培训辅导工作;
6、负责开展培训满意度调查,并分析结果进行持续优化,完成培训落地闭环管理;
7、负责培训平台运营使用,持续研究创新型培训模式并进行本土化导入。
任职要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历,有海外留学经验者;
2、英语或西语或葡语流利,具备一定的课程开发及授课能力;
3、有开发乘用车产品培训资料优先,有开展海外培训经验者优先;
4、沟通协调能力强,具备一定抗压能力。
