1、负责制订和落实单位文书工作规范和管理制度。组织推进办公自动化系统的建设及推进应用; 2、负责相关办公用品、印刷、办公电话等可控费用的使用及管理,使费用控制在指标范围内; 3、负责各种公文的起草工作,做好公文收、发文过程中的相关问题;负责公司文件的打印、复印、传真;书报的订阅、收发;交通费的发放等; 4、负责公司各种公文撰写工作,包括总结、分析报告、调研材料等; 5、负责单位印信管理及各类证照的管理。 6、负责会议室的管理,做好会议的布置、签到、服务等工作,为办公人员提供良好的工作环境; 7、完成领导交办的其他工作。
1. Arrange General Manager’s agenda, assist General Manager and/or Managing Director to organize meetings and take minutes if requested by the superiors. 2. Assist GM in organizing GM’s business trips, official events. Responsible for membership registration of industry related associations/chambers as requested by the superiors, etc. 3. Coordinate the reception of visits from and keep good relationship with government authorities, business partners, agencies, local media, etc. from time to time as requested by the superiors. 4. Manage the company stamp ,license ,Ukey and other official documents etc. and ensure they are used in accordance with the procedures. 5. Translator and interpreter as requested by the superiors, included but not limited to: - Proofread/translate documents, contracts, and other letters/reports, etc. - Interpret accurately conversations with visitors/external parties. - Arrange translation work with translation company as requested and/or approved by the superiors. 6. Be responsible for the monthly timely settlement of the credit card bills of GM and MD. 7. Be responsible for petty cash and expense reimbursement of GM and MD and possible incoming visitors, as requested by the superiors. 8. Help GM, MD and visitors with their entry, stay and exit into China, e.g. with compliance with government regulations, for hotel / apartment stay, communication (phone, internet…), payments, translation and any practical matters, etcetera, as requested by the superiors. 9. Be responsible for daily legal affairs, including but not limited in consultancy, contracts, advice, tackle legal dispute and issues (except any labor related). 10. Review, draft and maintain legal documents, contracts templates and other necessary materials, including supply, distribution, quality, vendor, consulting, service, lease and facility, waiver of liability, non-disclosure, and other agreements. 11. Other tasks as assigned from time to time by the superiors.
